There will also be regular updates to the website so make sure to check in here for recaps on meetings and plans for this semester!
Every semester, there are 5 General Member Meetings, where all PLS members gather together. At these meetings, members are kept up to date on everything that is happening with PLS. PLS also hosts a speaker (host or panel) at every meeting. Previous speakers have been practicing attorneys, professors from the UW-Madison Law School, and admissions representatives. We hope to see you at the next GMM!

Social and Professional Development events allow PLS members to network with one another while also having opportunities to grow their professional skills, such as resume-building. Previous social events include Madison Capitols games, trivia nights, mixer events, and more! Professional development events have historically included LinkedIn workshops, coffee with a lawyer, and speaker events!
Each semester, PLS requires members to complete at least an hour of in-person volunteering to get members involved in the greater-Madison area. During each semester, PLS organizes a few volunteering events exclusively for members.
In addition to service opportunities, there are a variety of leadership opportunities, such as serving on the executive board, as the chair for an executive board member, or by getting involved with the Member Resource Committee (MRC).

PLS hosts multiple LSAT practice tests that members can take during the semester. There are also plenty of LSAT practice books in the SAC office that members are able to utilize for their studies. Lastly, PLS coordinates various LSAT events and online webinars with the Center for Pre-Law Advising (CPLA).
